Action Staffing Services is looking for a CSR for a financial services organization. We are looking for someone with a background in customer service, specifically financial institution operations and credit card customer service experience. Knowledge and experience of Federal Deposit Regulations (FDR) is preferred. There is no formal training so this candidate will have to hit the ground running. Looking for someone with strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and someone with a high degree of motivation. Preferrably bilingual in Spanish and English, but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S, and all applicants must pass a background, reference, and credit check. |
